Participants

This International Congress is aimed at: non-profit-making organisations, diplomatic field, Universities and educational centres, financial institutions - as long as their fundations include international cooperation for development programmes- and in general, to all those people and institutions (nationals and internationals, publics and privates) who, through their line of work or research could contribute with their own reflections to the enrichment and improvement of  Africa-West relationships.

In order to facilitate the presence of those students and researchers residents in Africa, America and Europe who would like to participate in our International Congress, the Organisation has planned the awarding of different modalities of grants.
