Bilateral Consultations

The Congress aims to provide areas for direct consultations among the following; the representatives of institutions or NGOs, the different countries present with the international, national, self-governing, provincial and local institutions that have a social, political or institutional involvement at an international level such as the AECI – the Andalusian Agency For International Cooperation, local governments, councils and NGO’s.

The institutions that wish to be presented at bilateral consultations will be coordinated in advance, and both the elected staff involved and the timetable must be established. The event organisers will provide an office and record cards, as well as organising the appointments with those who request to be present. Basic information will be provided such as name, organisation represented, country of origin, position in the organisation and the topic or project to be dealt with. The deadline for request a consultation is the 15th of october.
